The U12 Boys under coach Brent Kowalski went 4-0 and won the championship at the Celtic Cup in Palantine, Illinois over the Labor Day Weekend.  The team scored 15 goals while giving up just 2.  Congratulations to the boys and their families for a great effort!

Players from Yvonne McKessy’s U16 Girls team helped this past week at the Mike Herman Memorial Free Soccer Camp at Grand Haven High School.  The girls trained over 400 campers in what’s billed as the largest free soccer camp in West Michigan.  Congrats to Coach McKessy and her players for stepping up to help the camp and the lakeshore soccer community!

Congratulations to Coach Bob Wright and the U14 Boys for a second place finish in the spring season of the P1 division of the MSPSL. Hi-lights of the spring included an appearance in the State Cup Round of 16, a 6-3-0 (W-T-L) record and a victory over the eventual division champion.

The U17 boys under coach Patrick Moran finished undefeated and in 1st place this spring season in the MSPSL Premier 2 division.  The team had a record of 7-2-0 and led the league in both goals for with 22 and goals against, giving up just 6.   They also finished 3-0 in the K.I.S.S. College Showcase tournament the weekend of June 14-16.  This concludes the U17 Boys season which saw the team amassing a 18-0-2 record for the Spring 2013 season!  Don't forget Tryouts for the U18 Boys are Monday night, June 17 at White Pines Middle School.
